what's the difference between these two side skirts

other than the name and the other obvious differences, what is the difference between the GTV2 side skirts by accolade and the import trenz tracer sideskirts? they look IDENTICAL. who made the original ones, and which build quality is higher in your guys' opinion? Thanks
