they settle in nice, when its really cold out they squeak like a bastard but anything over 30º they dont squeak at all

sorry about OT, but how's ride quality? a LOT more bumpy than say eibachs or progress, or somewhat comparable?

any spring is going to be bumpy, you need to go coilovers if you want to lose the bumpyness cant really compare because never ridden in a ride with progress or eibachs

but JV, you're saying the coilovers don't bump like aftermarket springs do? so, although you've never ridden on eibachs and progress, you'd assume that the coilovers give you a smoother ride?

that's basically what i'm trying to confirm; cuz a friend the other day was telling me that coilovers ride like crap, even worse than aftermarket springs. i didn't quit believe him, and figured he was talking about "fake" coilovers (like skunks, etc.), but i wanted to verify with someone that actually has the real thing (ie tein).

well with the real things like tein and JIC, you can always adjust the damper settings so you can make the ride as stiff or as bouncy as you like.. if you want the inside scoop on tein coilovers, talk to urbanknight.. he's da man when it comes to suspension..
