Coilovers

I just wanted to know the different kind of coilovers you guys have besides the teins, basically i dont have that kind of money to spend on those and looking for other options. Im not looking to have a big drop and I know other companies arnt going to be as good. How are they to your stock struts and does anybody have experience with dropzone coilovers?

i am sure you know, but just to remind you that using coilovers, unless they are adjustable will make your ride less 'soft' so UNLESS you use adjustable ones, it may bother you to use the car as a DD after installing them..
just reminding you - i had a friend who didnt know anything about them, he installed some crap ones and hated the feel of his car after that - he also was too lazy to take them off for at least 6 months.. sucks for him.

The NEX coilovers are good. I do not know how the compare to the Tein Basics, but they handle well and have not caused me any problems.

It depends which ones. Teins are Teins no matter where they are sold. Post a link to whatever you are considering and the Evom gurus will tell you what they think of them.

Order your parts from a distributer that other people here have delt with to ensure that you are not taking your money to one of those shady buisness'.

I have Eibach adjustable sleeve coilovers, and yes the ride is bouncey as expected. But when you're looking @ spending $700-$1000 for true co's, this is what you get instead. BTW, for $120 for all 4 struts w/ co's was a deal in my book. That was from Ebay; personal seller, not store. BTW, even the true co's have a more stiff than stock ride to them!!!

Sleves are bad news. They can be decent with proper struts but at that point why not just get full coilovers.
