Yep, I had it happen to me when I upgraded to the stronger swaybar perches. No big deal, its just the bushings rubbing against the bar. A dab of Lithium lube/grease will take care of it. I never bothered though because I would have to dis-assemble the sway bar and perches to lube the bushings......

I also sometimes have that problem, but haven't fixed it because it doesn't bother me much at all. But the reason it's the polyurethane bushings is because they are the only point of friction in the sway bar assembly. Nothing else can make that sound.

the only other way me be if you cracked a perch and it is squeeking. but if you cracked a perch it should be obvious enough.

it is the bushings it has 2 be i just inspected mine/ started installing my new perches and when i got the stronger ones in it got about 10x louder. I think we need to have a talk with progress about there perches and sway bar cuse its so loud that i can hear it over my music (which is fairly loud)

I haven't experienced any noise from my Progress bar and perches at all. I lubed the bushings well when installing, and tightened it carefully to Rob's recommendations. Is it possible that the noise could be coming from the bolts on the bushings being too tight or too loose?

Just buy the reinforced perches from RRM. My stock perches broke and left it like that for a couple oc months (annoying as hell sound). Finally got tired of the noise and bought them. The noise is now completely gone.
