I never seen that hood before.... that bumper looks like ken style maybe ? and headlights are cedia's

the bumper is cedia ,but the hood is the problem
it look like the evo 7 or 8

It's an extended hood.

You can get a similar look by using the RRM evo 7 style hood w/ cedia headlights and a Cedia Ralliart front bumper.
