Question 225-45-18 tires ?

Hi guys I'm planning to change the tires for some good 225-45-18 tires I'm running 235-40-18 and in the rear fenders I had to roll the fenders because the tires were rubbing now I'm wondering if the 225-45-18 will do the work what do you think ?

I have Hankook Ventus RS2 tires 225/45/18 and no rubbing issues. and for as much as i have autox'ed them, i would have had an issue by now.

safe. the conti dws 225 / 45 / 18 is a beefy tire and we put it on 7.5 wide motegi rims. no issues. and its a dealership that did it as well.

I'm lowered and had 235/40.18 and I wasn't rubbing at all, it's the perfect size to go.

Now I'm on Volk CE28Ns 18x8.5 +30 with 245/40/18 rears rolled and I rub slightly when backing out while turning..
