Stance the ES "2011"
As many of you know the Lancer es can not be worked on preformance wise and suspension wise that much. I've come to the conclusion to just buy an EVO in the next couple of years but... That doesn't really answer my question. My question is, is it possible to stance/hellaflush out the 2011 Lancer es. I've gone to many local shops around the Fort Worth area and they tell me a load of stuff that I don't really understand. I know when stancing your car you have to get fully adjustable coilovers but what brand is good? Then its my choice of rims. I'm wanting some xxr 521s 18x10.5 + 25mm lip but the shop said i would not be able to do that due to rubbing and if i were to get that i would be running through tires like crazy is that possible? The shop recomended me to get 18 x 8.5 + 25 in the rear and 18 +8.5 +35 in the front with some stance coilovers and that those would fit perfect, but it doesnt seem like it would stance out he said the tires would be sticking out a tiny bit but it would fit perfect in the inside. What should i do?

I guess it can be fast. I have a Evo X that's getting built right now, but I'm thinking of buying a Lancer ES as well since I have a pretty long commute daily.
I have the stock ported mani, ported stock turbo (w/ wga + lines), o2 housing downpipe, w/ all the intercooler parts, and the stock 2 port boost solenoid. I might have all the parts to have it turbo'd.
On the other hand, I don't know how wide the Lancer body is, but 10.5 +25 is flush on a Evo. It would look mexiflush(stupid) on the Lancer, I heard that having low 30 offset on 8.5" will fit flush enough on the Lancer. I'm going to test it out with my stock Evo X wheels, sounds like it'll sit pretty nicely. Since the stock wheels for the Evo are 18x8.5 +38

Hmmm I'll see whats up than. I will probably stick to what the shop told me to do im not trying to run between tires too quick with the 18x10.5 lol.
But with performance wise all I plan on doing and pretty much I can probably afford to put in is just an Intake, headers, and an exhaust. Any recomendations on what i should put it?
