Lancer sportback LS question

Hello , Still very new to the forum thanks for having me . I have recently been seeing some very low wagons around. I have looked at my car and notice that the majority of that wheel gap is up front .

Most of my time has been spent with bmw's and hondas .

That said I seen a set of tein front coilovers on ebay . From my preliminary research these things cost a **** load to buy new . This guy has them for like 250.00 buy out .

I figured I would ask the pros before pulling the trigger .

Eh there is some corrosion on those they're used, and they want $80 to ship them? Who knows if any of them are blown or worn out. I would advise you to either get a used set from a reputable member here or bite the bullet and get new ones. Its more expensive now but cheaper in the long run.

I am a little confused. Are you wanting to put ONLY front coilovers on and leave the rear stock? That would make for an awkward riding car as the front would be much more stiff than the rear and would make the car corner much different than intended. I Bought a new set of tein coilovers and installed them back in december and let me say they are well worth the money. I would tend to agree with Automatic51. Get a full set of either quality used from a member here or buy new. I have a set of tein lowering spring that were on my car for less than 2 years that I have sitting in my garage but i do not want to deal with shipping I would rather deal locally
