oz rally and es hub swap???

Ok i need some advice and help before i jack up the cars and see. I have a 2003 oz rally (manual) and a 2003 es (automatic) as well all know the oz lug pattern is 4x114 and the es is 4x100. Well on my oz i wanna put my rota grids currently on the es. And swap my oz wheels to the es. Now my question is are the whole Trailing arm assembly and front spindles interchangeable.i know i can buy adapters and all these different things But why waist money. I feel like they are direct swap but i want clarification. Any answers would be appreciated

Let me know how it goes.. Even the calipers and bracket will bolt up from a 96 awd dsm for a cheap way at a bigger brake setup with dual piston calipers

If you dont have abs your front spindles will be the same and as for the rear you can interchange the hubs only they're bolted and really ez to swap but then you will have to change the drum system from one to another
