Lancer ES Upper front strut mount bearing issues? 2 piece design?

So I'm having issues with parts stores not having what I'm looking for..
Not sure if it's a dealer only item, so I figure I'd ask here..

I have all new KYB struts and upper strut mounts that I installed a year or so ago.

So you have the spring, then the upper spring perch, then a bushing or bearing that fits around the top center lip of the spring mount, then the strut bearing and strut mount.

So once you removed the upper strut mount, on top of the spring mount theres this little bushing that the strut mount bearing goes inside of.. I'm not sure if I'm calling it the right thing to ask for..

I found a video of a Mirage strut setup to show you a picture because i have it just sat together so I could move it around on the driveway.

Anyone find these at a parts store? Part numbers?

Does anyone have a breakdown of assembly for these struts so I can point out what I'm looking for?

Thanks in advance..

I'm not sure what to do now, the dealer lists no part like that.

I'll have to tear it apart and take some pics.
I'm wondering if the previous owners did some bastard setup.

I have no idea why the video is rotated.
I'll fix that later when I'm on a real computer.

pics..

Upper spring perch..

here's that mystery bushing.. or whats left of it..

That bushing sits on the top of the upper spring mount as a hubcentric ring to center the strut bearing..

Without that hubcentric ring, the bearing doesn't sit center..

with mystery bushing..

Underside of the KYB upper strut mount with the KYB strut bearing in place..

mystery bushing in the strut bearing..

I'm going to look at the salvage yard at a 98 Mirage... Theres a 02 Lancer in the yard, but no struts...long gone..

Anyone else seen this mystery bushing?

Head to a parts store and check out a strut mount and see if the part is included with it. Take the old one, from the passenger side with you.

I've done this at Napa, O'Reilly, Autozone, nothing...
Looks like I'm bringing my cordless impact to the yard and tearing apart every mitsubishi of the same era till I find something that works.
