Replacement Rims - Aftermarket or new OEM?

Background: I have a 2012 Lancer SE that's rolling up near 70k miles. I finally got the brakes re-done and am working on a few other minor resto projects on it as I near part 2 of it's life (touch up paint, window tint, etc.)

While inspecting my wheels I noticed the coating on them is starting to chip off. So i'm wondering if I should go new aftermarket (Enkei Draco) or new OEM? To this point I haven't typically gone winter and summer tires and probably won't switch to that method until my next car, but i'm curious if anything aftermarket can even survive a winter without being trashed after a year. I've never gone with a different set of wheels in the past so this is new territory for me.
