18 rims & tire size

Maybe someone can help. I'm planning to lowered my 2017 Lancer ES with
Eibach Sportline Lowering Springs
1.7" Front Drop
1.2" Rear Drop
or
Tein S-Tech Lowering Springs
2.1" Front drop
1.9" Rear Drop
Question is, if i'm going to use eibach or Tein what 18 rim specs, offset & tire size will fit without rubbing? TIA

The wheel gap is pretty big to begin with so going with either would be ok, I would go with the tein’s and I think you can use what the evo X and MR used which was 18x8:5 and I believe was a 38 offset.
