So my front driver side strut is leaking and I'm looking around for replacement parts. The typical replacements (full assembly) of Monroe or KYB are roughly $400 a side (front) when I'm looking around online. My car is an 09 GT with over 250k on it. I'm not looking for a lowered suspension, just want it back to road worthy status. So I asked around my local Lancer group and there are a few people that have swapped out their stock suspension for aftermarket ones. My question is will stock suspensions from either a GTS or Ralliart fit into my GT? I've looked online and the part numbers are different but I'm not sure if that means anything for compatibility.

Just looking at the part numbers for AWD vs FWD there is a difference in the strut assembly. The bump stops look different as well.
