Exclamation Tranny flush and drive belts?

Has anyone done this? Is it relatively easy to do if you are decently competent? I am a little over 60,000 miles and I have everything done except for the tranny service ($150), Timing belt ($400), and Replacing all drive belts ($160). So if there is a way I can save most of that $710! Please help me if I can do any of this myself. I will try to make more sense later, but I had wisom teeth out the other day and I'm high on percocet. Thanks guys!

Tranny flush you need a machine. Pay for that.

Belts you can do fine. Just take your time. And get a service manual so you do it right.

Thanks man! So should I just check around for prices on a tranny flush or should I fork over the money to the stealership? And where can I get a service manual? Anyone changed their own belts before? I always take my time, but is there a certain set of tools I need or what? I heard that changing the belts is a PITA!!! I did not miss a how to on this or anything did I? I mean I would prolly pay for it all, but I need to save where I can with another kid on the way and trying to get to the point of closing on a house!

Check around. Shop is going to do the same thing the dealership will, they'll just charge about half as much.

Service manual - you can buy them from the dealership or online. Or you can get a bootleg copy on eBay (not that I'm endorsing theft, because I'm not).

I don't know of certain tools needed. I think it's all pretty standard.

First hit on the search engine. I honestly just used "2005 Mitsubishi Lancer factory service manual" to search. You might find some cheaper places, but it's generally near $200. It's pricey, but you'll never be wondering again. That books has every single piece of info you could need.
