No, none of the lancers have anti-lock breaks (ES,LS, OZ). It is not normal to have to push the pedal all the way down.

Have you ever had your breaks serviced? If you've had the same break pads on for awhile now it might be time to switch them out. Have them checked out and also your rotors, because if your pad is low it is possible you are damaging or warping the rotors now. Consult your owners manual for apporpriate service times.

I didn't see the keyless entry question. I'm not sure if it was a standerd on 2002-03 models but my 03 has keyless entry.

ABS is not standard on the OZ, its optional. I think its only standard on the LS. I'm not sure.

huey- you've probably burnt up your brake fluid (it breaks down with use and starts to be more easily compressible as it breaks down). you're mileage would be good to know, too. If you're in the 25K range you may just want to install new pads and replace the fluid with a higher rated fluid- I went with the same DOT rating, but my fluid is designed for SUVs and trucks- I'm really hard on brakes, especially at autocrosses. I recommend the axxis pads for daily driveability with good performance braking, too.
