Its the idle, get things like magnecore ignition wires, grouning kit, etc. to help with that.

RRM sells em, I don't have em installed since my idle is fine, but from what I've read they seem to help a little.

I've noticed the same idle shaking, or in the morning when I warm it up, then I can really feel it

You might need an oil change too.. that always smooths things out for me.

Check your motor mounts before you buy anything new. If the rubber's rotting through that could easily cause excessive vibration. Also, you're not on a bridge or overpass when this happens are you?

Motor mounts are really more vibration dampers than actual mounts. They reduce the transfer of engine vibration to the chassis, and they somewhat limit the amount of travel when the motor is torqued hard under heavy acceleration.

There are two...one in front of and one behind your motor. Find a pic of them so you know what the hell you're looking for. I'm sure they're around on the forums. In fact I may have posted one or two pics a couple years back.
