wheel noise

Can anyone help me, I just got my tires rotated and now at certain speeds my wheels seem to make like a weired wining or whooing sound, any suggestions?

I assume you've (obviously) checked how tight those lugs are, right?

Otherwise, a balance problem, perhaps? Take it back to where you got it.

Could also be that the tires that were on the rear are now on the front(obviously), have more tread on them. Therefore, it's possible that the front tires are making more road noise that you are not used to hearing.

You might want to check the tires, or have a tire shop look at them, sometimes a tire will do what yours are doing when a tire is going bad. Is your steering wheel vibrating or pulsating?
