Fuel gauge off a little?

Lately for the past month I have noticed my fuel gauge is off. When i used fully fill my tank the needle would go a bit past the full mark. Now when i fill it, it goes below the full mark. Is this or has happened to anyone else? Any ideas? this is beginning to concern me a little.
