Mine is pulling to the left too. Took it to the dealer and they said that is just your tire pressure is low on the left tire. I took it home and it's still pulls to the left. I'm going to take it back and have them take a look at it again.

i got mine straitened out a little its 90% fixed. i put 44psi in front drivers tire, then 42psi drivers side rear tire, then 40psi on both passenger tires. only pulls now after a few seconds instead of instantly and not as bad.

I went to the dealer and because they didn't have the spec for the 08 lancer for alignment they just tweaked the toe and test drove until it was good.

Now i have a car that drives pretty damned straight. I mean it will go left or right depending on the road crown but for the most part its better than before I took it to the dealer..

I think everyone is just getting the run around from the dealer, ask for the print out of the alignment they did and if you don't understand it take it to another shop to get an opinion.

You know, I didn't think much of it when I always had to adjust the steering wheel so the car would stay in a straight line (i'm a car newbie), until I let go of the wheel the past couple days, and found it DOES pulls to the left! I had my brother test it out and he also said it pulls to the left...

So we address the problem with our dealer?

Yes go to the dealer to start, but you might get the run around. I think there is a bigger issue at hand here then Mitsu wants to admit. Waiting on getting some more info on this and will progress from there, still fighting this one on my end. Mitsu denied a buyback of my vehicle, so I'm looking at a arbuter(spelling?) coming in to review or going to a lawyer.

Mine too. I took it in and got the well we'll put that one down for now but havnt heard it from anyone else yet. I dont mind too much cause its really not that bad. I just dont like knowing that there IS something wrong with the car and not know why. I also have the starting problem. Thats something else that I have to take it in for. First run of a car what do you expect? Me: Get the bugs worked out before you sell it....

I have a question how drastic of a pull are we talking here... I was on the road this weekend and I would let go of the wheel and my car would drift to the left quite easily but I was not sure if it was the road crown or not. I am just curious how heavy of a pull we are talking about.

for me its not really a pull its more like a wander/drift. A pull is something you actually feel pulling and have to fight it. I don't know if some people actually have that cause then I would be really pissed...but I think in general its more of a wandering effect.

They put new tires on mine, aligned it a couple times and it's good now.

Drifts to the left.

Hello All. Manual tranny GTS in Puerto Rico (1,700 miles on car). Like posted a few messages above my car does not pull but it does drift to the left. Something I believe we should all plead for to get fixed. Take Care Team.

has anyone experienced this problem while carrying a passanger? Just wondering if the suspension is sagging slightly do to the drivers weight, shouldn't happen but thats the only thing I can think of besides the tranny that would cause drifting to the left side. Mine does it as well (GTS, CVT) but its very mild and not noticeable unless you remove your hands from the wheel completely...but I definately don't feel it while driving.

I don't notice a difference in the drifting whether im on the throttle or off, so it doesn't seem to be torque related in my case at least.

Just to kinda update on my experience with this.......at first, there was a little bit of a pull where I was having to hold the steering wheel to the right to keep straight on certain roads. Now after 4 alignments, tires rotated, etc..... there is a drift to the left occasionally, but it seems to ride straight for the most part. But I'm still fight Mits on this. I was waiting to get some info from a guy that got his bought back. I did talk to a few people and some lawyers. They said maybe a class action lawsuit on this and we all would be compensated. So might need some names and more info if we get to that point. I'm hoping that Mits will come up with a answer.
