Ok I noticed once I went to start my car it was very cold out, and my stereo was completely blank and I couldnt turn it on. I figured this was a to prevent blowing the sub, (if I left it cranked over night, went to turn it on the next cold morning and BOOM) because when I went out after it was warmed up, it worked.
The last three days have been fairly cold -19 avg but the stereo has yet to come on through these 3 days, even when it was warmed up. Its just blank. No clock, nothing.
Is this just because of the temperature? Is there something wrong? Do I have a reason to be concered?

There's something wrong bro. My car is left out everynight and it just as cold or colder up here in Edmonton and my stero always works. Take it to the dealership and get it looked at.

 

mine has been out side in 0 degrees and radio worked fine. Take it in, use the warranty we pay so much for.

Well I have an appointment for next Tuesday! So no music till then Oh and while I'm there they can fix my windshield chip for free (anyone else get the diamond package? $50 for a new windshield, awesome) and I have two chips in my chip protector! what was the point?!

 

Your stereo's pooched! I leave mine parked out in the cold here in Winnipeg where it's been brutal the last two weeks. Mine still works. My sub is already blown but that's been a problem for me for a month now. I just keep forgetting to get it fixed.

 

i have the chip protector too... mine is fine thus far. but if it isnt doing what it's supposed to be doing.. you could probably get some compensation from the dealer too. platinum mitsu? =P im from calgary too lol thats where i got mine =)
