Greetings all. Like the title says, I've got an 04 Lancer ES with a low idle, throwing a p0506. Took it to the shop and they confirmed the IAC was bad. Now, they said I would need to replace the whole throttle body, according to their resources. Can anyone confirm this? I've read up on this problem here and on other forums, and is seems like I should be able to replace it directly with a new IAC, PN MR578268 and a new gasket, PN MD615500, but don't want to go off ordering parts until I'm sure. Any help would be much appreciated.
