No start, No OBDII port signal.

No start, No OBDII port signal.
Car was driving fine. Stopped at light. Accelerated to about 25mph and just pass 1,2 shift point car shut off abruptly. No stumble or warning sign. Thought I tossed timing belt till I crank over and can see later action though oil cap.
Noticed the MIL light was not coming on as it should prior to starting. Plug in scanner and no signal. All fuses test fine under dash and under hood. Also tried swaping out ecu breaker in fuse block under hood.
Please Help! 25+ years with GM cars, I am lost on this Mitsubishi 06 lancer es
