can't pop my hood..
 

Latch or cable inside is broke. suggestions? *sigh

Figure out where its broke from first I would go under the dash and look at the lever and see if it broke there. I would think this would be the most likely case.

The cable isnt connected to the lever so...maybe thats it.

So how much will it cost to get this fixed and where should I go? lol

Have you checked to see if its broken or just came off? You will either have to buy a cable, or a lever, or both depending on whats wrong

Broke my hood release cable
 

My damn hood release cable would not open my hood so I popped it off the hood release handle and tried to get it with a pair of channel locks....and broke the end of it off. So now I need to get into the hood and I can't. Any ideas?

If you use a light and long screwdriver you might be able to POP it straight from the outside. If not Idk

At least you have a legit excuse if you get pulled over and the cops want to look under the hood haha

not tryin to thread still but if u figure out where it broke and cant find the parts hit me up i got em. hope u get it worked out.

You could try punching out the grill and popping it... or jacking up the car and remove the engine out the bottom hahahaha. Or tear the front bumper off? I would like to see how you do it I always wonder how u would getbin if u broke the cable.

u can to it from under the car . ive had it happen to me but it was an older model car. it will be a pain and take time.

i broke through the grille. same thing happened to me.
