is it possible to program a Lancer's remote control?
 

I bought a remote control from Ebay, it's for the lancer OZs, how do i go about programming it? is there a way like there is in bmws? or i need the dealer to program it for me?

you mean like keyless entry? you have to go to the dealership for that i think.

Ask Flukester. I think he tampered with his remote a few months ago

you'll need the mitsu programming tool, i got 4 pages of service manual saying you need it, i would go to teh dealer and see what they can do for you =)

dont mind this stupid question but i got an 04 ES and it did not come with the keylss enty, but i do have powerlock. do i need to get the whole system or just the remot??

yea you still need the antenna that receives the signal from the remote, otherwise why wouldn't they just give you the 10 dollar remote with each car? you know, doesn't make any sense

You dont need to take the EVO to the dealer so maybe you can do the same with the other models. Check out here....
