Worst cars to work on!!!
my wifes murano. that nissan v6 is STUFFED in that car. had a recall on the alternator. 6 hour job and they had to pull the radiator...
I am dreading if anything ever goes wrong with it. would take 3 hours just to figure out how to take all the plastic off the top of the motor

As a GM technician it takes ANY good GM mechanic at least 4 hours to put just plugs in a ls1 camaro... you have to damn near drop the motor to get the back 2 in. Plus had to put a head on my friends STi...GOOOD im glad i have a evo rock on

As for the most difficult car to work on:
-Merceder Benz. Anything after 2000. The wost is probably the S600. Virtually every third action needs special tools.
-Sti's. Seriously. It seems that to get to anything, you need to remove several other things. To change spark plugs, you need to remove the windsheild spray bottle, air filter box then it's a PITA reaching those plugs - and they're horizontal so good luck torqing them.
-MGF. Mid engined British oddity. As difficult as the MR2 I suspect, but with the MG they've decided to make the boot larger and the softtop gets in the way majorly.

I will say that most every car I've worked on has had some seriously retarded issues with servicability. My old corolla's starter is nearly impossible to change unless you have long skinny arms (or want to remove the engine to get at it).
I work for Mercedes and one day I love working on them and the next day I hate them. They really arent any harder physically to work on (sometimes much easier), they are just harder to figure out mentally.
My Jeep has some pretty good tricks of it's own. such as having to pretty much remove the front axle to drop the oil pan, or the fact that the oil filter mounts upside down. Or to change the front 2 plugs, the easiest method is to remove the upper radiator hose (or else aligning them with the hole is a b1tch
