Actually, they are JDM heads, and the grille is the new style VR-4 grille...here's a much better pic. The heads have city lights and look really sweet at night.

^^Sweet, I had a 99 Galant ES and I was just too lazy to do anything with it so I sold it...I wanted to make it a VR-4 also...and was thinking of swapping a tranny from a DSM or something...Lol it looks like your left fog lights are missing

Ya, it burned out and then I realized that the CAI is right there...I'm replacing it, but i like the look of missing parts. Even though it has no functional value...oh well.
