At least now, I know, if someone tries to break into my CTS-V, which has MUCH thicker glass, an alarm will sound ( The evo has no audible alarm siren ), then Onstar will contact the police and disable the ignition in my vehicle.

Come to think of it, they should sell the MR with a better alarm, it would make sense to pay that much more for it.

Yeah but those are 77 and 100K cars. Big difference. We really wish Caddy offered the CTS-V in an auto. We think it would easily double the sales of them.

Why would you want an automatic CTS-V? If you financed $77,000, which is $17,000 more then what I ended up financing with my added options and tax, tag, and title. You'd only add $340 to your payment. For every $1,000 with perfect credit, you add $20 a month. I don't think you should buy a car for such amounts if you don't have really good credit, anyway, or can afford it.

The CTS-V and EVO are both drivers cars; One more civilized than the other.
I'm surprised you were not impressed with the Audi, but I supposed if I lived in Florida, I wouldn't consider one.

The American car companies are stepping up to the plate again - it's nice to see.

The XLR is the most overpriced pieces of junk I have driven - but she sure is purdy...

As far as two seater hard top convertibles go, I would go with a mercedes. I also dislike the XLR. The body is nice, but the rest of it is mediocre, at best.

damn bro sorry about ur loss....all thieves should just ****ing go die and rot in hell.

congrats on the cts-v; it's a really nice car. i've come to the conclusion that the LS2 is an amazing engine, and that whatever the hell it's dropped into, becomes a nice car too (ls2 gto is also an amazing car because of this) n/a it responds to bolt-on's like an FI car, and after u go FI with it, it just freakin becomes a monster....

enjoy the car mate

I imagine a lot of people would like an auto for drag racing.

Well, he could have paid for it up front. Financing that much is not really the smartest.

LOL. No way, man. I'm twenty, do you think the bank would accept me financing $60,000 with two years of credit? I put 45k up. Financed 15k for three years.
