So this guy is selling a 93 eclipse gsx for $100 that has a blown gasket and possibly warped head. I was wondering if it would be possible/worth it to buy it and take out the AWD setup and turbo and turn my car into a turbo+awd ralliart. all opinions appreciated

 

unless you got at least 10k to put towards this project your wasting your time...

 

just buy the GSX and make it fast, way more potential than your ralliart

 

Buy the gsx and rebuild it....trust me.

 

The car is worth more as scrap metal than $100. If you have the means to move the vehicle around (truck and trailer), buy it.

^well.. it might not be.. Ive seen guys pick up a 1G DSM for under $1k quite a few times... hell lol i know someone who got a 240sx shell for $40 hahaha so anythings possible.... this one lady offered mint, non-runnin starion for free here in new jerz... so who knows??
