INSANE 900WHP NLM Skyline - Modified Mag December Issue

Be sure and checkout the December Issue of Modified Mag. Owner of No Limit Motorsport Rob Hane's R33 Skyline GT-R made the cover. Rob tunes my EVO and I've had the opportunity to see the car in person and it's CLEAN...inside and out! Lots of pix to see in the mag itself, as well as on the NLM website.

Although I love the look of carbon fiber... on the interior or exterior. I don't like the look of it on this car. Mainly because too much of the stock interior remains, especially the dash area. It makes it look tacky like those cheap stick on overlays you get on ebay. If there were carbon fiber accents, then it would be a lot sexier. Think Pagani Zonda type of accents... that's just my opinion though.

The carbon on this car is real I guess. All professionally done. CF is cool but I like the accent work with Bride fabric...looks clean!

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm sure it's real CF. No doubt about it. It just doesn't seem to match up all that well. Especially on the last piece where you see the shifter area. It's like CF, CF, CF... stock black plastic. It just doesn't seem to match up all that well. We're not talking about body panels here either... because I'm sure the weight savings from going to plastic to CF isn't all that much. The CF in the interior is mainly for show off factor [and maybe minimal weight savings].

I mean

Zonda interior... that's just sexy. You have your black, your have your CF, Alum, and well the wood... although I'm not a fan of wood either. You have contrasting stitch color, etc, etc. I don't know... the interior just doesn't do it for me. Maybe if I saw it in its entirety my mind would change. Maybe I'm just being nitpicky

I was gonna post this up, I did all the detail work on the car for Rob.

If you haven't done business with Rob Hane and No Limit Motorsports you should, Rob is extremely professional and a real stand up guy. Plus his facility is sweeet! lol

Nitpicky is a good thing

Yea, everyone has their own taste but this car is INSANE in person. The level of detail is amazing!!! I think you'd change your tune if you saw in person...
