Any past dsm owners miss their dsm's?
So guys, I have the same thread listed on the link forums. My question is mainly for those who have sold their dsm's and moved onto evos. I get a lot of the "evo is just an overpriced dsm" type sayings on there. those are from the guys that dont own evos though. They really cant relate, being, that their vehicle is the dsm still. I have been toying with the idea of parting out my 1g ever since I got my first evo last year.
I sold that evo cause it was getting a little expensive, and I thought I would concentrate on the evo more. Well in febuary, I bought another evo. I just couldn't stay away. Naturally, i have been thinking of parting the dsm out again.
Any old dsm'ers really miss their dsm's?
Thanks

thats the way I am feeling. I have had some setbacks recently with the car. Its just really made me think, wtf am I doing, i got an evo sitting in the driveway! lol
Its hard to part ways with the car, I have had it since I was 16. Its a very nice 1g, but, its still a 1g. Its hard to have a good time driving that when I drive the evo everyday.
I think I would miss it at first. Then once I had my SBC RPF1's, an fp red, jdm rear etc on the evo, i dont think i would even look back.

TOO many problems with my 2g. Everything that could break or go wrong with the thing happened. Maybe because I bought it with 60k miles? Not sure but I love my evo and it has been good to me. Then again Ive owned two 05 evos now. The first only had 8k miles when I sold it and had bolts ons. The current one I have only has 11k miles on it but its fully built.
