I just bought a 2018, no options, save for trailer hitch, 2.7l Ecoboost regular cab short bed. $23,700 before tax & title. Traded in the Accord v6 manual, which was a great car except people rear end me. I was going to get a V8 but then things started to spiral out of control when I thought about what I could do to it.

Mine is a Colt Ralliart Version-R from Japan. It is a FWD 1.5L turbo. Stock they make 160bhp but with stage 1 mods (air filter, tune, exhaust) they're good for over 200bhp.

Looks like a ford fiesta. Probably super fun as long as the handling is on point.

They weigh in at around 2,200lbs, they do both a manual and auto cvt, the manual has a Getrag gearbox.
Mine is an auto as my commute is in traffic up and down steep hills so forget riding the clutch all the time.
It actually has ****ty tires on it that are lethal in the wet (it came with them on) but in the dry the handling is as fun as you'd expect, apparently when you stiffen them up they really REALLY turn into go-karts. Semi slicks are on my to do list.

Not a bad little run around though for a touch over 5,000 usd (including import and taxes) from Japan.
