There are videos and pictures of all these abandoned super cars in UAE, Dubai, and the like. I don't want to post links because these are just super depressing. It's your money and do what you like, but I don't understand the total lack of appreciations some people have for their high-performance cars. A shame!

I read in an article that these owners abandon these cars due to bankruptcy. Under Sharia law, the failure to pay back debt is a criminal offence with offenders facing the risk of prison. I guess the owners leave the country and just leave their supercars there to collect dust. I'm surprised they are not auctioned off somewhere, maybe eventually.

After the vehicle has been impounded, the owner is usually given 6 months to pay the fines and release the vehicle, and failure to do so, will result in the vehicle being auctioned off.
As for the GTR in the video, as I have stated before, it appears to be in the police impound and possibly involved in an accident, pending insurance matters.
Although, if I could photograph, you would be astonished at the amount of super cars in the main police impound
