Big electric is great for something new like Tesla. I can't afford something like it. But, I can't imagine an electric Ferrari or similar and giving a F@#$ about it.

And, do you think cars will be strictly regulated as to hp or acceleration in some way in the future?

if the acceleration becomes a problem then I'm sure it will get more legislative attention. Otherwise probably not.

Thinking about it, an Electric Ferrari would probably be alot more practical to own. There is like orders of magnitude less maintenance with an electric car, and they tend to be more reliable. It's the maintenance and repair on those high ends that is really insane.

All I can say is that I want to ride in one and feel what instant torque feels like.

if it does 620 on the highway, maybe it'll be enough for a track day?
