Hmm...so Toyota in designing the new Supra stole the lights from the RX-8, the curves of the 206, and the air dam of the new Z. *sigh* I miss the I6 of the RB26TT and the 2JZ...

I believe they're fake....just look at the supra.

It looks like a "reworked" S2000, with Camry headlights and a hardtop.
The hood and the mirrors are from the S2000.

If you need more comfirmation, just take a look at the subsequent pages where you'll find the new EVO VIII!!!!!

I don't know about the GT-R........but the supra's definitely fake!

I hear the New Toyota Supra is going to have around 600-800HP and going to VS. Ferrarri or Lamborghini . the down side is Toyota is not going to call it Supra any more. it is going to call something eles.

How are they going to get that past Japanese road car power laws and if that HP claim is even remotely true, I'm sure it'll put it at a price that'll compete with the Lambos and the Prancing Horse as well...

I think he is talking about this http://www.toyota.com/html/shop/look...ptcar.html#fxs the FXS

Edit: although the HP claim I see on there is 300, when I first saw this they had it estimated up in the 600 range.

Chop, chop, and chopped again. All photochops.

The 'Supra' is still rumored, last I heard Toyota cant decide on what to power it with. We would love a boosted 2jz, but a v8 would work better if Toyota plans on selling it towards ' Everyman'.

*sigh* I miss the I6 of the RB26TT and the 2JZ...
I hear ya.

I hear ya too!!!

A boosted 2JZ would be great........but I wouldn't bet on it.

Another good choice would be an N/A engine derived from the F1 program. But the chances on that happening would be slim, or, if it was done, the price tag on that thing would have lots of zero's (hence out of my range).

the power law thing is only an agreement with the government, is not enforced

just translated the Evo VIII page with BabelFish and it basically said that the VIII would get a new Sequential manual (NOT the one in the GT-A) that can withstand lots of torque...

The GT-R made the auto show rounds last winter. It is hideous, yet somehow appealing, much like the R34 was to some people.
