Evo MR versus 2 different 2001 S4's
So my 2 best friends have Audi s4's. Both are 2001 models. Both are 6 speeds.
Breakin is over on my MR and we will prob do some roll-on's soon. Just wondering how many of you have had experience running these. Lets say 60-120mph. One is 100% stock. The other has the apr stage I chip (318hp/382lb-ft) as its only mod. link to stage I ecu crank HP chart |
I have ALOT of experience running s4's (b5's 2001) my buddy brandon runs a stage 2 stratmosphere tuning s4. From a 0-100 its pretty much evo (I'm basically stock untuned, with a 3.5 turboback and mbc) But from 60-120 its gonna be pretty close with the stage 1 the stock will be a bit behind (probably) but anything about 70 mph is pretty s4. The 6 speed really gives them the edge on the top end. If you want some video or more info on the runs and such pm, ill see if i can get them on the comp.

Thanks.....remember I am running a 6 speed too

Stock vs stock you should not have any problem. Raced one a week ago on the hwy, they are fast but they will not beat you as long as you are a decent driver. But dont expect to beat them easily. You will be able to pull out of them slowly.

Stock you should be able to give them a good run. Get a vishnu Stg 1 + set up and they won't even see you.
|
Yeah sorry, i forgot you had an MR. Good luck to ya.

S4s are heavy cars. You will win without a doubt

Stock vs. Stock the EVO is the faster car period! If you race and lose, only blame yourself and not the car, practice and you will beat a S4 everytime. Now your stock MR vs. a chipped S4 should be a hella of race, if both of you are good drivers.

Thanks, I will report back within the week. :p
