How fast can Z06's be really?
 

Truly impressive!! You could replicate this setup for 8K including the rims and tires.
It only runs 9.95@145mph very freaking impressive and very fast shifts!!

a stock one pulled up next to me on the expressway at 80 and his tires lost traction b/c of the insane acceleration. One reason to never mess with a new Z06

Sick car, sick driving. I have access to a '01 z06 and i was thinking of setting it up like that (project car)

I really hate it when they pull up next to me and try to race- it bothers me

They are fun cars, but I've seen 3 of them blow thier motors at Motorsports Ranch, and it isn't even a very high speed track. One of them was my dads with me driving. It wasn't a small mishap either. The block cracked and one of the heads was warped beyond repair.

I ordered a (07) Z06, going to trade my 2000 Miles Evo (06) for it. Wish me luck..... and please dont hate :P

Do you plan on leaving it stock? If I was you I'd find someone to tune the car and leave it stock. My dads made 473whp bone stock with a tune, and he wishes he'd of left it that way. Once you get rid of the factory TQ management the car is a different animal. The exhaust bypass switch was one of the best mod he made to that car too.

What are the mods, vehicle weight, and power to the wheels? Please state the dyno type. Thanks for the video.

I drove the Z06 once, and fell in love with it..... handling is no way near the EVO

Why did u even buy an Evo. in the first place. U or your dad will be wasting a lot of money going from car to car like that.

pretty fast, but can be easily teased by our evos (must be tuned..) and i got a couple who went mad so much i was sticking like glue..
