but seems how i cant get one for now,, maybe i could practice on my truck.. are there any pages like this for semi new chevy trucks?

There should be "Fan" sites similar to this for your truck, but im not familiar with those :P Try some links above and search for a site similar to this one for Chevy trucks.

I searched around yesterday and didnt find much..

I wouldnt mind playing with my truck a bit.. i guess i could just dump my cash into a sterio/dvd/rims ect.. but I'd rather go for some performance.....

Why spend money on mods if they're just for practice? Save the money, use the time you saved by not modding to research cars and/or mods and get information by talking to people at local shops and stuff. By the time you get your EVO, you'll have more to spend on mods and you'll be able to do just as good if not better of a job that you would have otherwise.
