My Evo's Replaccement - MP4-12C
 

It's been a blast with you all over the last 17 years but it is time to move on. I sold my 2005 Evo 8 yesterday at 252k miles, and have already put 3k on its replacement, a McLaren MP4-12C. The 12C is perfect for my next adventures - seeing more of the US on road trips. Here are a few pictures of the beast.

If only the carbon fiber wing looked as good and had as good of a clearcoat as your McLaren's carbon fiber.

Looks like a good choice to drive around the country.

How many of those miles did you put on the evo !?
That is something else (the Mclaren and the Evo mileage)...

All the miles on the Evo were driven by me!

It's a sub $125k car. Someone with a good 6 figure income and a plan can afford it.

I stand corrected....I must have been sucked in by the pictures and didn't pay attention to title.

Im curious about the reliability and what the aftermarket has figured out for fixing known issues. Thats always been the worry on that platform.

I was reading the wiki page for this engine. Seems like a custom Nissan based V8 that has been twin turboed utilizing MHI turbos. Yea I am not sure about other things but its fun to learn about it.
