Hi,
Up for sale is my Evo 9 that I've owned for the past 4 years. My Evo has been kept in fantastic shape because I needed it to be dependable. I've always given it whatever it needed, whenever it needed it to keep it in the best mechanical condition. Roughly $4000 has been invested recently (2018) in maintenance items alone including inspection of the cylinder head, new clutch, rebuilt turbo, and new tires. The rest is listed below. All services have been well documented with receipts to back up the claims. Power is no issue here since the car has been protuned by Alexx at Boost Controlled Performance, making a very conservative 340whp on 93. Oil consumption is non existent and the power is very smooth. The car's steering is sharp with no clunks. I've replaced all springs with a Race Comp Engineering set, so I have ground clearance, performance, and ride quality, while still getting the look.

No pets or smoke/vaping have had the chance to ruin the interior. The driver seat is starting to show wear, but the rest of the interior is in pretty good shape. I installed an underseat amplifier to power the 165 watt speaker system in the front and a subwoofer to complement the system. A Viper remote system has also been installed at some point, featuring remote start, shock sensing alarm system, 1/2 mile range, plus many more options. A spare mitsubishi key paired with the spare viper remote comes with the car. The A/C works exceptionally well, and you'll never get cold when the heat's turned on.

The exterior is still in good shape. Paint chips are present on the front bumper and parts of the hood. From the result of a slight rear impact, the rear bumper has some paint missing, and the clear coat is starting to peel off of it. Polyurethane mudflaps have been installed to help with protect from road debris. There is no rust anywhere on the body. However, there is some present underneath the car and also some visible in the engine bay. I'd say the exterior looks fantastic for a 12 year old car. After a wash, the car still shines!

Over the course of ownership, I've replaced just about every low quality modifications with higher quality variants. All modifications have been well thought out in the interest of keeping the car daily driver friendly, in addition to the obvious performance benefits.
