Condition is as shown in pictures. Everything is good to like new condition. Nothing is rusted out or leaky or problematic.

Note: I'm not bothering separating the cat and the mid pipe. If you've ever worked on exhaust, you know how the nuts get. Bring a truck or a van. The cat has studs cut off. Not pictured here is the intake box but I have that sans the intake tube in front.
