Stored winters in heated garage - no salt. Always have used Mobile 1 5w30. Title clear and in hand. Has every factory option that I know of. Wheels have no curb rash. No door dings. Only flaw that I'm aware of is small dimple in roof about size of a marble. It's inconspicuous and I never see it unless looking for it. No Accidents. I am second owner, bought in 2011 with 5000 miles. Except for oil separator it is completely stock appearing, great for showing especially with all the optional factory appearance upgrades. Interior still has new car smell. Would have a tough time finding a better condition Evo.
