Hi Guys,
I'm on the hunt for an evo 8/9 MR "Console Rear Bracket" part number: 8011A002. This bracket is different for the 5 speeds and 6 speeds. It's taller in the 6 speed so that it can clear the shifter cables. It provides a mounting point for the shifter console under the ash tray and is held in place by 2 10mm bolts.

I thought this too, but when I gave them a call they said it was discontinued and no dealer carries it in the US.
I did manage to find one on here though.
