probably won't sell as fast as you want because prices that low are pretty suspicious. why do you keep getting flagged on Craigslist? evos like this normally sell for around 23k and that would be considered a good deal so yea this is kinda suspect..

Banks wont finance/loan for an R title car so it's difficult finding cash buyers. Needing funds to go back to school and not pull out loans so I understand why people would think it's fishy.

Which is likely the reason it hasn't sold, is because of the price. It is an R title and there's another white one posted for 16k with a built 2.4. Will eventually just sell it at a dealer-auction and get around 13-14k but rather sell it to someone who'd give it a good home before then.

it is an R title and it needs some work as stated. Needs newbumper, afr sensor, new windshield, needs tune...

lol I'm not complaining, it's just that recently I've seen rolling chassis go for 10-15k and op is clearly desperate to sell so I wouldn't say the price is reflective of what an evo ix in this condition goes for in 2019.
