The only difference between the Evo 8 and 9 cop kit is the mounting plate. The Evo 9 has a few extra cuts for it to fit the MIVEC valve cover. Other than that, the coils, wire harness, and hardware are exactly the same. You can purchase a mounting plate separately for either 8 or 9 if needed.
