I have a brand new set of TopLine lifters I bought for my Evo 9 from STM. I ordered these because I started hearing a slight ticking noise and figured i'd have them on hand just in case I had bad stock lifters.

I never installed them but I did remove one from the packaging as I was getting ready to drop it in. I depleted the TopLine lifter but then I noticed that it was taller then OEM. At that point I decided to clean/bleed and reuse my lifters. The depleted TopLine lifter was filled with oil again so it's pressurized. The oil used was royal purple.

I called TopLine to confirm that I have the correct lifters for the 4g63 and they informed me that they recently changed their design and I have the redesigned version. They also stated that they have not received any negative feedback from the taller version.
