Well the time has come to put up my Evo for sale, truly is a unicorn.

I am the second owner, it has always been garage kept. As noted, 39,151 miles, the sought after Evo 9SE. I have most of the stock parts. Here are a list of the modifications. It is stock internals, bottom end has never been opened, top end I put ARP head studs and a kiggly HLA, otherwise stock cams, springs etc.

List:

-Will come with stock BBS (black), not wheels pictured.
-DBA 400 slotted rotors
-Kiggly HLA
-Rear sway bar
-Rear differential built by TRE last year, solely to upgrade, not due to any issues
-Will come with ACT street strip new clutch in the box, ordered but never installed, current clutch is fine
-Walboro 255 fuel pump
-FIC 1100cc injectors
-Intake (prior upgrade, no noted label) (have stock air box)
-Intercooler was upgraded prior to me, pretty sure it is the older ETS
-Coil on Plugs, JDC (have stock coils)
-Tuned on E85 and 91, no dyno numbers
-Full Tanabe 3" exhaust, downpipe, has resonator but no cat, passed emissions somehow
-Tyler Genari FP green equivalent, 52mm compressor wheel with a 54mm turbine wheel, perfect for street driving, great spool that does not fall off like the stock turbo
-English racing ACD tune
-Defi Gauges with recorder device, oil temp, water temp and boost. AEM AFR gauge
-JDM rear bumper
-Rear trunk professionally done to remove rear spoiler (I do not have the original spoiler)
-Interior is perfect, bolster in great shape, no rips or tears
-Body is 9.5 out of 10, deducted for small rock chips, otherwise no fading paint, dents etc. slight almost imperceptible bump over driver side rear wheel well.
-Transmission is stock, shifts great other than the touch of 5th gear notchiness, just not as smooth.
-All vins match, title is clean and in hand

The negatives:
-Driver side rocker panel scratch
-A few very small rock chips, will be noted in walk around video as well as in pictures
-Front lip has some scratches
