I needed the same thing to restore my IX to stock last summer and couldn't locate one. I ended up purchasing 1632A104 from Amayama and capping off the extra two hoses. If you aren't familiar with it, the JDM IX uses two solenoids where the US uses one. As far as I have been able to tell, the restrictor pills are the same and capping off the extra lines worked just fine. I reflashed my ECU to stock and it's running great with the OEM setup. This was the best I could do with 1632A117 apparently being made of Unobtanium. Hope this helps!
