front lower control arm ball joints from RockAuto,
3-in, 2 bolt exhaust gaskets x 4
three used OEM coils. I have a set of one short and one long spark plug wire.
new set of turbo return line rubber washers
new valve cover nuts with fiber washers,
oil return line paper and metal gaskets,
pressure plate bolts, new.
front lower ball joint boots, new
five speed shifter cable clips and cotter pins (where they attach to the shift mechanism on the trans).
flywheel bolts, new
front upright pinch bolts and nuts for the uprights.
j-pipe gasket for between the j-pipe and turbo.
front brake seals and dust boots for 9 8 and 10 calipers.

I can do $180 shipped for the rods and ends, yes they are quick release. This is for two sets. Enough for four support rods. Shipping is going to be a ton because of the length the box needs to be to fit the rods. The quick release system is the medium option. $175 shipped. All items are brand new, still in the packaging.
