So I have a damaged evo 9 front bumper cover that I’m trying to repair.  It’s a mangled corner where the mounting flange is.

I got it this way and turns out when I burned through the bondo there is no plastic there so it will be really difficult to reconstruct by plastic welding or fiberglass.

I am confident that if I had a good piece of bumper cover I could graft it and plastic weld it and bondo over the seam and make it look cleaner that way.
