Only bolt on modifications: Dyno tuned, Turbo back exhaust AMS/Cobb, Samco turbo intake, W255 fuel pump, ETS lower intercooler pipe, ETS 3"FMIC, HBC Manual boost controller, APS BOV, K&N panel filter, Bilstein HD and Swift springs, Hotchkis rear sway-bar, Shifter bushings on trans and shifter, B&M short throw shifter, Poly lower engine mount, JDM rear bumper.

Recent work within: Timing belt and water pump, ACT street clutch, ACT 2100 pressure plate, Mitsubishi TOB, New Oil pan, Steering rack, Front subframe, Front crossmember/North south bar, Coil packs and spark plugs, Alternator, Mishimoto oil cooler with SS lines, Tires, Rear O2 sensor.

Lots of parts that will go with the sale: VIS carbon fiber trunk with duckbill spoiler (Needs sanding and re-clear), Stock wheels with snow tires, Bilstein HD Struts and shocks with Eibach springs ready to drop in 30k on them when I purchased them, Rear wiper assembly, California car cover, Other stock parts.

The bad: Rust on the driver rear fender, Surface rust on the under body and other parts. Typical for the age and area driven. Brembos need to sanded and re-cleared. No stock spoiler.

Carfax might show light damage to the driver front. Car was parked and someone clipped the front bumper and headlight. New bumper and driver headlight assembly was installed by the body shop. They painted the front bumper an most of the hood/fenders to blend.
